Q&A

Q: What is this for?
A: Anyone who is purchasing pre-orders from our site may utilize the "Ship Later" option at checkout in order to indicate that they wish to combine orders and save on shipping fees. This means your order will be combined with all pre-orders under the same account, and all orders WILL NOT be fulfilled until you pay for shipping fees!

*Same account - You can utilize Shop to create an account for our site, or simply use the same email each time! If you use accidentally the wrong email at checkout, please contact us at dreampostie@gmail.com to change it.

Q: What if I don't want to pay later?
A: No problem, simply pay for postage at checkout and your order will be fulfilled as soon as your item(s) arrive.

Q: How will I know what items have arrived/are in-stock?
A: We at dreampostie will provide updates in the #in-stock channel on the Discord (https://discord.gg/S93cewyHbs). If you do not have a Discord, you can also check the Notion for updates, as well as simply checking the Shipment listings on our store to see which items are available to pay for.

Q: How long can I stall my payments for?
A: Every so often, we at dreampostie will post a list of required shipment items, aka items that have been in our garage for far too long and cannot be stalled any longer. If you do not pay within 2 months of this list being sent out, we will consider your orders forfeited and release the items for others to purchase. 

Q: What if I miss the payment deadline?
A: If you missed the payment deadline, you can email us at dreamposite@gmail.com to see if you can still pay your shipping fees and receive your items. If your items have already been sold off, you can email us at dreampostie@gmail.com to receive a partial refund for your order(s). We will take a 20% restocking fee. 

Instructions on Usage

1. At checkout, simply choose the "Ship Later" option for shipping. It should show as $0 or "Free" shipping.
   Please do not interpret this as you do not need to pay shipping, because you do (unless otherwise stated).
2. Keep an eye out on our site or the Discord to see when your items arrive.
3. Once your items have arrived, or you wish you simply receive the items which have arrived instead of waiting for more, please come back to this Shipping Payment listing and add all items which you preordered to your cart. 
   The items will all be $0/"Free" since you already paid for them during the preorder. You will not need to pay a second fee other than shipping costs which will be automatically calculated at checkout.
   It is VITAL that you do not add the wrong items. Please ensure everything you add is correct and the numbers are correct.
   
4. Checkout and wait for your order to be fulfilled.
   Please give us some time since we will be going back and triple-checking all orders are correct.
